SkyLink Simulations is a digital product. All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, mistaken purchases, or technical misunderstandings.
This policy is compliant with Australian Consumer Law, which allows exceptions for digital downloads.

• Support hours are Monday to Friday, AEST

• Our team does not provide live support and may take 1–2 business days to respond

• SkyLink does not support all third-party plugins, hardware, or modded aircraft

• Our Skylink Copilot and Skylink Comms are powered by Open AI and Eleven Labs

We reserve the right to block or ignore users who exhibit abusive or harassing behavior toward our team.
